• Paul J. Gallagher, Sr., Esq. was a co-founder of Fishermen's Energy in 2007 and served as Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel and as Managing Director for Nautilus Offshore Wind.

  • He is presently teaching Policy and Law in the Sustainability Department at Stockton University.

  • He was Vice President and General Counsel at the Atlantic County Utilities Authority from 2000-2012.

  • He was the Project Manager for the Jersey Atlantic Wind Farm, the first coastal, urban windfarm in New Jersey.

  • He chaired the AWEA Offshore Wind Conferences in 2010 and 2014, both held in Atlantic City

  • He served as County Counsel for Atlantic County from 1995 to 2000.

  • Prior to that he was the City Solicitor for Atlantic City.

  • Gallagher was President of the Atlantic County Bar Association in 2003-2004.

  • He was a Trustee of the New Jersey State Bar Association, and chaired the Renewable Energy Committee.

  • A former President of the Greater Atlantic City Chamber, he is the Chamber’s Vice President for Advocacy.

  • He has been a Trustee in the Atlanticare Health System for twenty-five years and is a Director of English Creek Associates located in Hamilton, Bermuda.

  • He has been a member of the Linwood Board of Education and the President’s Council at St. Augustine Prep.

  • A 1982 graduate of Boston College Law School, he also holds an MBA from Clark University in Worcester, Massachusetts and a bachelor’s degree from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
