Paul J. Gallagher, Sr., Esq. was a co-founder of Fishermen's Energy in 2007 and served as Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel and as Managing Director for Nautilus Offshore Wind.

He is presently teaching Policy and Law in the Sustainability Department at Stockton University.

He was Vice President and General Counsel at the Atlantic County Utilities Authority from 2000-2012.

He was the Project Manager for the Jersey Atlantic Wind Farm, the first coastal, urban windfarm in New Jersey.

He chaired the AWEA Offshore Wind Conferences in 2010 and 2014, both held in Atlantic City

He served as County Counsel for Atlantic County from 1995 to 2000.

Prior to that he was the City Solicitor for Atlantic City.

Gallagher was President of the Atlantic County Bar Association in 2003-2004.

He was a Trustee of the New Jersey State Bar Association, and chaired the Renewable Energy Committee.

A former President of the Greater Atlantic City Chamber, he is the Chamber’s Vice President for Advocacy.

He has been a Trustee in the Atlanticare Health System for twenty-five years and is a Director of English Creek Associates located in Hamilton, Bermuda.

He has been a member of the Linwood Board of Education and the President’s Council at St. Augustine Prep.

A 1982 graduate of Boston College Law School, he also holds an MBA from Clark University in Worcester, Massachusetts and a bachelor’s degree from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
